Risk-Free Reefing! At Innovative Marine (IM), we believe in our products and it is important for new reefers to the IM brand to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You’ll be able to see how it looks in your home and even set up your aquarium to thoroughly utilize all of the features while it is in your possession. We definitely want you to test out the aquarium.
If you are not pleased with the quality or performance of our aquarium and stand, you may choose to exchange it for another IM product or return it risk-free under our 30 Day Risk-Free Reefing* trial.

30 Day Risk-Free Reefing Trial does not apply to the following:
Items that are purchased on sale, promotional items, or items purchased with coupon codes.
Purchases made with Afterpay.
More than one individual model aquarium and stand combo product per household.
More than one exchange during the trial period.
Accessories/parts purchased with the aquarium and stand combo.
Other Manufacturer products (e.g. EcoTech Marine, Aqua Illumination, Neptune Systems) and products supplied by a manufacturer who is not directly controlled by Innovative Marine.
Aquarium and stand returned with excessive wear and tear, improper installation, impact by a foreign object, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alterations.
All commercial sales of Innovative Marine aquarium and stand purchases are not subject to these terms.
Other promotions, sales and warranty exchanges may not be combined with the 30 Day Risk Free Reefing* trial.
30 Day Risk-Free Reefing* trial only applies to purchases on Innovative-Marine.com. Purchases from authorized retail/online dealers outside of innovative-marine.com must refer to that retailer’s/online dealer’s return policy.
Returns from AK and HI addresses.
The Return Process
We’ll even cover the return shipping costs. Simply return the products for any reason within 30 day period after you received your order at your location for a full refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the 30 Day Risk-Free Reefing beyond the 30 days from receipt of the products.
Please keep your product’s original box/crate and factory packaging materials, as it is designed to prevent damage during shipment. Our products are packaged specifically to protect them from any damage during shipping, and without this packaging the return shipment could get damage, voiding the refund. All products must be placed back into their original packing boxes or crate to be fully secured for shipping.
Please contact us at 866-368-7941 or email@example.com to let us know you will be exchanging or returning the products and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, then pack the items securely in their original shipping box/crate along with the packing materials and return ship to:

Be sure to include with the items a copy of your order number, billing name and address, or simply include a copy of the original invoice. All products must be in gently used condition and in their original boxes with all parts, accessories and manual to ensure full credit.
Any returns outside the initial 30 Day Risk-Free Reefing window, but before the product warranty window, require the customer to pay freight costs to send the product(s) back to our warehouse. Please call us at 866-368-7941 to obtain an RMA number to facilitate your return.
A RMA number is required for all returns. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
When the products are returned to the warehouse, it is inspected that it is in gently used condition. Once the inspection has satisfied the guidelines provided, Innovative Marine will issue a refund for your original purchase price. Refunds are generally completed with 3-5 business days after receiving your products at our warehouse. We will notify you via email once your exchange/refund has been processed.
Refunds will not be issued for products that have been damaged, altered, abused or scratched. Costs of missing parts and components will be deducted from the refund at the discretion of Innovative Marine.
For freight crated items, you will need to have the items be brought out to the curb for the no-cost pick up.
